Be still and hear that small voice inside.
Be calm and be present.
In the midst of the roar of life,
in the chaos of emotion,
be still.
Pause.
Within us all ... deep inside,
are all the answers,
to every question.
It's in the silence, that we can hear.
It's in the quiet of our soul, that we can listen.
Be still ...
and know the power of your own might.
The power of your own mind.
Shh ...
Be still.
